Gearing up for Venturefest!
This week we’ve worked hard with our accountants on our year end. This job always seems so daunting, but once you get stuck in, it isn’t so bad!
We’re beginning to get really busy again with solar installations and we’re very excited because we’re now talking about large-scale projects with two more really big house builders.
With 2012 days to go until the opening ceremony of London 2012 Olympics, we are really positive about the impact the Olympics will have on businesses, even here in Yorkshire. And after over a year of discussions we have been invited to attend an industry day in a couple of weeks to have a chat with the designers and builders of the Aquatics Centre about the use of solar energy.
This week we’re also building up to Venturefest Yorkshire, which is being held at York Racecourse - we’re exhibiting there and it should be a great opportunity for Positive Planet to gain exposure and to network with other local businesses. It’s only two weeks away, so the countdown has begun …
