Why should small businesses stick to working alone? Partnership can be a key way of developing your business.
This week we’ve entered into a new, exciting partnership with Sheffield-based company Sustainable Building Supplies (SBS), doing just what it says on the tin, providing eco-friendly materials and advice for businesses in the building industry. They supply top companies like Marks & Spencer with natural paint for refurbishing their stores across the country but also help construction companies move towards using more sustainable (but still practical and affordable) materials.
This kind of partnership lets both companies punch above their weight by exceeding customer expectations on the one hand but also making a positive step towards our common goal of a greener way of living. Can only be good!
As a small business it’s so important to keep your finger on the pulse of what your customer wants and find ways to adapt to meet their needs - I really believe that it’s the only way of staying ahead of your competitors in an emerging market.
A lot of Positive Planet’s customers want a reliable solution to energy efficient ambient heating and cooling. So we also have plans to expand our product portfolio to include a multipurpose heating and cooling system which is serviced by a renewable source, either solar energy or a heat pump. The monitoring and control mechanisms will need some development so that they work efficiently with this new technology but with a little research and development we should be able to launch this exciting product shortly.
So it’s all stations go here at Positive Planet as the product list grows and hopefully our customer list does too!
